Course overview:

Temporomandibular disorder (TMD) is a common complaint that we hear from our patients. However, there is often a lot of confusion and inconsistency with its management.

This webinar aims to demystify TMD. The diagnosis and management of common clinical presentations of TMD including myalgia, arthralgia, disc displacement with and without reduction, will be discussed at length. In addition, occlusal splint therapy will be covered where all the evidence available will be reviewed to help us choose the correct appliance.

In 2011, Dr. Ben Lee started his 100% referral-based specialist practice, specialising in cosmetic and implant dentistry. To cater for expansion, in 2018 we opened the doors to our brand new, purpose-built dental specialist centre and rebranded to become Sydney Prosthodontic Group (SPG). We are based in a multi-disciplinary specialist centre, where we benefit from having within the same premise also endodontists, a periodontist, and a visiting paedodontist.

At SPG, it is our mission to become your life-long partner in dental care. We value the faith placed in us whenever a patient is referred, a responsibility we take very seriously. We build long-term relationships based on providing ethical advice, excellent results and total patient satisfaction. We will always uphold your values and never undermine your professional integrity.

When you make a referral, you can be assured that we will keep you updated every step of the way. We always take the time to discuss cases and address any concerns that you may have at any stage.
